You're signing up for a 30-day trial of all of our features. When your trial expires, you can enter a credit card and continue using our professional version or you can convert to the free version with limited features.
Do I have to sign a contract or pay a setup fee?
Absolutely not. Our service is month-to-month and you can cancel whenever you like. There are no up-front or termination fees.
How can I pay for CATS?
We accept all major credit cards. We're extremely confident in our product. We won't even ask for a credit card until your trial expires.
Do I need to download anything?
No. All you need is an up-to-date version of a modern web browser such as IE 7, Firefox 2 or later, or Safari 2 or later. With your username and password, you can access CATS from anywhere -- home, office or when on vacation.
How can I import my data from another system?
We regularly import data from other applicant tracking systems, contact management systems and email clients. For instructions, a list of products we've previously imported from, or for information about custom imports, please email support at support@catsone.com
If I cancel, what about my data?
In addition to our regular backup strategies, you can download a non-proprietary backup of all of your data and resumes in CSV or SQL format on-demand, 24/7.
How secure is my data?
Your data is kept in our Minneapolis data center, located a few miles from our primary office. Our servers are protected by state-of-the-art security, cooling and battery-backup power systems. All transmitted data between you and our servers is encrypted using 128-bit SSL.
Can I call a CATS support representative?
