Hi,

Is there a place (other than the dialog box that pops up when you want to choose and email template) that we can delete a template?

We save many of these templates every day and the list becomes very cumbersome to update/delete

It would be nice to have a screen dedicated to saved email templates where you could do mass deleations/cleanup and it would also be great if we could modify existing saved temlpates instead of having to delete the old one and then create new one which incorporates the changes you want to do.

Keith,

You can do this from the Settings tab -> Administration link on the blue bar -> E-Mail Templates from the list below.

 

Thank you but the email templates I'm referring to are the customized email job templates that contain the job descriptions we want them to see.

You are referring (I think) to the stock responses that CATS has for triggers (interview status updates, submittal status updates, etc.)

I understand which email templates you are referring to. As of right now, these templates are similar to the workflow email templates, but they are stored in a different spot. It would probably be possible to combine these, but at the moment, this is not in our plans. If there is enough support for an editor for these email templates, I'm sure that would be something we could do.

Clarification/Miscommunication:

It actually IS in our plans to combine the regular email templates and the workflow templates. Our goal is to put EVERY email template into place, make all tags available, and to add categorization. This would almost certainly certain actions/mass actions like copy, mass delete, etc. as well.
