As more and more companies are using VoIP, are there plans to one day integrate with that? In other words, when the phone rings CATS looks up the # and pulls up that person's record automatically?

Not a high prio, but would be a great feature some day..

Yes, VOIP integration is something that comes up every now and then. We run an asterisk server internally and definitely see the advantages. There are some logistical challenges with this type of integration between a SaaS provider like CATS and multiple locally installed VOIP clients; although every problem has a solution.

However, I would definitely classify this as a "someday" feature.
