A couple other questions regarding email templates:
1. For some reason, the trigger we've setup to send out an email template on "No Contact" (Status Mapping: Applicant) does not work unless we manually change the status from antohter status to "No Contact." The desired functionality is that the email template goes out when the candidate applies automatically. Any recommendations on what we may be doing incorrectly?
2. Ever since we upgraded to the new workflow system, we don't see our old email templates in the Admin panel, but the templates are still being used (for example, candidate apply->auto-reply email). Where can we find these and is there a different interface for managing these?
ANDREW: regarding your last post - for us, having access to all fields (including attachments, quesitonnaire, etc) would be better than the print capability, if we had to pick one. This would allow us to just generate the email template exactly as we want and then we could simply print the email.
One additional note, if the two trigger actions "Email" and "Send to Review" could be merged in functionality, that would almost be exactly what we need (minus the addition of the questionnaires to the available tags). We like the full customizability of the "Email" action and the fact that it doesn't have all the pre-defined body header that the "Send to Review" emails have. However, we love the capability of sendng attachments with the "Send to Review" email;(
