Presently, it is possibly to easily copy a contact to a candidate. Here are a couple of settings you will want enabled:

1) To automatically create a contact in a company after you place a candidate, log into CATS as an administrator and navigate to the Settings tab -> Administration link in the blue bar -> General Configuration link from the list below. Make sure the Auto-Add Contacts option is checked.
2) You can also do this by logging into CATS and navigating to the Candidates tab. Select the check box next to one or more candidates, then click the Mass Action drop-down box (the one that says "# Results") and select Copy to Contacts.

Presently, we do not have the ability to easily copy a contact to a candidate, but it is in our development list and we will update this FAQ when it has been completed.
