Since this is the first report of this issue, we are working to obtain temporary access to CareerBuilder for diagnostic purposes. If anyone else can report similar issues, please post here.

As always, please update to the latest version of the toolbar. If you are having a problem, please let us know the version number of the toolbar you are using (found in the Tools - > Add-ons menu on your Firefox browser). Instructions on how to update the toolbar: http://catsone.com/node/905

We are still working to obtain a temporary CareerBuilder login from our rep over there. I have a couple reports of this not working currently and will officially confirm this as soon as possible.

It appears they made some minor UI adjustments last week that threw our toolbar off. This will likely be taken care of first thing next week.

In the mean time, continue to use your Resume Inbox feature to send candidates from CareerBuilder into your CATS database. Click here for instructions on how to use your Resume Inbox

We have obtained CareerBuilder access and should have a fix applied by the end of the week.

The CATS Firefox Toolbar is now fully working with CareerBuilder.
