Moving, Forums, & Customer Satisfaction

This past week, our office moved about a mile down the road. No problem, right?

Well, I hate moving… hate it. We all know how it goes: boxing everything up — transporting, lifting, dragging — then digging through all those boxes just to find out you somehow didn’t box up everything. It’s frustrating. It’s plain annoying. But, it’s just part of life.

As any does business, we are dealing with several moving parts on a day-to-day basis. Everything we do is aimed at keeping our customers happy. But sometimes — especially when you are in the middle of a move — it can be tough to juggle those moving parts. And unfortunately, we left one of those moving parts behind.

As some of you found, our SSL Certificate was changed over the weekend. It was a simple fix — it appears to have been a caching issue — but it meant a period of time where some customers were frustrated and unable to do the work they wanted to do. This certainly is something we never want to see happen.

But we aren’t hiding from it. We are open about it and immediately found the solution.

We offer a forum where customers can express their concerns, suggestions, likes and dislikes of our software openly. If you have a problem with us, you aren’t just telling us, you’re telling everyone. And we know we need to fix it.

We want to create an open conversation about our product — and we know the only way to make it better is by hearing from you. Unfiltered and unedited.
