CATS Applicant Tracking System

We’re happy to announce that the CATS applicant tracking system & recruiting software has made strong showings on many review sites. The most recent award comes from GetApp, a site which focuses on profiling established software as a service (SaaS) apps for the benefit of small and medium-sized businesses. CATS received a Top 3 rank in their Q3 GetRank among applicant tracking software.

In order to achieve the third spot in a very crowded ATS market, CATS had to excel in many areas. Each ATS is scored using five criteria, each worth 20 points, for a total possible score of 100: User Reviews, Integrations, Mobile Apps, Media Presence, and Security. Each app’s GetRank score is independent of commercial interests and existing relationships that GetApp has with app vendors.

CATS was also recently ranked in Capterra’s Top 20 list of Applicant Tracking Software. With a very high rating of 4.5 out of 5, CATS is an easy product for people to use, yet robust enough to handle the largest companies in the world. Customer service satisfaction was also rated very highly, because we have a support team standing by during office hours, a helpful knowledgebase, and a library of tutorial videos.
